Therapy that meets you where you are

A supportive space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on inside, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and true to you.

Hi, I’m Carly Nicoloff, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Toronto. I believe therapy works best as a space where you can bring your full self—messy, uncertain, curious, and growing. I support individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and stress, with a particular focus on supporting youth and young adults in building self-worth, strengthening emotional regulation, developing healthier relationship patterns, and managing work, school, and life stressors.

If this resonates, I’d love to meet you. You can book a free 15-minute consulation to see if we’re a good fit.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and care to help you move toward the life and relationships that matter to you. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, including the ones that may feel messy, uncertain, or hard to name. In our work, we’ll slow things down, gently make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build practical tools to support meaningful change over time. Drawing from Attachment-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, and narrative approaches, I tailor each session to your unique needs and pace. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you deepen your self-understanding, strengthen your inner resources, and reconnect with what gives your life meaning.

  • Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years working in education, where I supported students with their mental health, social–emotional growth, and diverse learning needs. Through that work, I saw firsthand how challenges like anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, and academic stress can impact young people’s sense of self and wellbeing. Those experiences continue to shape the way I show up in the therapy room today—with curiosity, patience, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
