get to know me

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a sister, a teacher, a partner, a friend and someone who loves being part of a community. I live in Toronto, and I find joy in running, baking, being outside and traveling to new places. I’m curious about life and people, and I bring that same curiosity, care, and energy to my work with clients. Family, connection, and shared experiences are important to me, and I value the small, meaningful ways we nurture ourselves and each other.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent almost a decade teaching, which deepened my appreciation for curiosity, growth, and meeting people where they are. That background continues to shape how I show up in the therapy room today, with patience, clear communication, and a focus on collaborative learning.

FAQs

Your receipts will include my CRPO registration number, as well as my supervisor’s registration number, which many insurance companies require for reimbursement.

Coverage can vary between plans, so I encourage you to check with your provider to confirm if sessions are included. I’m happy to help you navigate this process or provide any additional details your insurer may need.
